Damaged back cushion

I rec'd my stools yesterday 03-22-23 but one of the stools back cushion is damaged due to the way it was packed before shipping, how can I get a replacement sent to me the billing # is 455026, I was also suppose to get a free gift due to not receiving the packages by 03-01-23, a unicorn lite I never rec'd

I received one of the 3 bookcases (SKU22582****) I ordered and I wish to return it. I'm unhappy with the quality of the materials, and some of the corners of the shelves are damaged. I do not wish to receive the other 2 bookcases. Please advise how I can return the one already received yesterday and how I can receive a refund for my full order. I have no desire to publicly complain about this product or the company; I simply want to return 1 bookcase received on 3/5/2023 and refuse delivery on the other two and incur no expense. User's recommendation: I'm not maligning the company - the bookcases were very inexpensive. After receiving one of three, I've decided that they won't serve my needs.
